Booking details

Your provided credit card data or the Sofortüberweisung bank transfer data is used for payment processing. 20% of the overnight rate is payable upon booking, 80% of the rate 30 days before arrival. Local tax, a flat rate for cleaning and laundry and the security deposit are charged 48 hours or two days before arrival.

The security deposit is cleared or credited in the first week after departure or after inspection of the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: the security deposit is required for the hand-over of keys. The security deposit cannot be paid in cash.

Check-in

The code and the name of the box for your key box (see hand-over of keys) will be sent to your cell phone number and your email address via authorised message at 4 pm on your day of arrival. Earlier check-in times are unfortunately not possible. Check-in is carried out directly at your booked accommodation. You will receive a detailed, supplementary explanation by email five days before arrival.

Check-Out & Return of keys

Both the apartment and the parking space are to be vacated by 9.30 am on the departure day. Later check-out times are unfortunately not possible.

Car parking

The parking spaces can be found directly at the accommodation in front of the chalets. Please respect the parking rules. PLEASE NOTE: cars require non-skid chains in case of heavy snowfall (please check the weather forecast).

Bed linen & Kitchen equipment

One bed set per person (one sheet, one pillow linen, one bed linen and two towels) is available. Additionally, every WC is equipped with two rolls of toilet paper. You will find two dishtowels or one kitchen roll in the kitchen.

Hygiene products

Please note that these are holiday apartments, so there are neither hygiene products nor a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Cancellation fee

Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
Changes and cancellations within 31 days are billed at 100% of the total price. Cancellations must be made in writing.
