The Talschluss high-altitude trail is particularly popular, stretching around 10 kilometers through snow-covered forests to the Lindlingalm.

Whether classic technique or skating, the Talschlussloipe offers plenty of space, variety, and a nature experience far away from the hustle and bustle of the slopes. The trailhead is located directly opposite the 12er Nordbahn and is easily accessible by bus or car. If you still haven’t had enough, the neighboring village of Maishofen also offers a perfectly groomed night trail where you can enjoy a few laps under atmospheric floodlights.

Only about 1.1 km away, you will reach the Spielberghaus, where you can traditionally ascend by snowcat. Once at the top, you can enjoy a thrilling natural toboggan run – a classic that scores points with its hut atmosphere and snow fun. A little further away, around 5 km from the Drei Hittn, is the Reiterkogel. The ascent is easy with the Reiterkogelbahn cable car. The illuminated track ensures safe tobogganing fun until the evening hours.

For anyone looking for a combination of winter idyll and adventure, it’s worth taking a trip to the end of the valley, where you can either walk up to the toboggan run or take a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride—a winter experience straight out of a picture book.
